At Jungle & J, all orders are fulfilled and shipped directly by our third-party suppliers. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Times Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the supplier:
- South Africa (domestic): 10-20 business days
- International: 10-21 business days
Please note these are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, such as customs delays or courier backlogs.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the products ordered.
Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email where available. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.
Customs & Import Duties For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by their country. Jungle & J is not liable for these additional charges.
Delayed or Lost Orders If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at jackijumath@gmail.com and we will investigate with the supplier on your behalf.
Wrong Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Jungle & J cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
