About Us

We Were Made for the Bush. Just Like You.

There's a moment every South African knows. The one where the city noise fades, the fire crackles, and the stars finally have room to breathe. Whether it's a weekend at Kruger, a trail through the Drakensberg, or just your backyard under the Milky Way — that feeling? That's why Jungle & J exists.

Our Story

We didn't start as a big company. We started as people who love the outdoors and couldn't find affordable, quality gear that actually worked — gear that understood the South African way of doing things. Long drives. Unexpected load shedding. Camping with the whole family. Braais that last until midnight.

So we built Jungle & J — an online store by South Africans, for South Africans. A place where you can find what you need, at a price that doesn't ruin the trip before it starts.

What We Stand For

🌿 The outdoors belongs to everyone. You shouldn't need a massive budget to experience it properly.

🔦 Be prepared. From load shedding to off-grid adventures, the right gear changes everything.

🤝 Honesty matters. We tell you exactly what you're getting, where it comes from, and how long it'll take.

💚 Family first. Whether it's your kids, your friends, or your dogs — we've got gear for the whole crew.
